By accessing, downloading, or using any products, services, or content (collectively, the "Services") provided by Lightswind UI, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Lightswind UI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the source code and design assets included in our product for your personal or commercial projects. This license is "per user" unless purchased as a team license.

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital non-returnable nature of our products, generally we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and files have been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions may be made in cases where the digital product is proven to be technically defective and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lightswind UI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lightswind UI.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
